Rotary Air Cleaning Nozzles

Rotary cleaning nozzles are intended for contactless cleaning of 3D-shaped or structurally modified products such as injected plastic moldings before painting, plastic boards or chipboards after sanding, instrument panels during assembly, TV screen panels during assembly, boards with printed joints, vacuum formed moldings, etc.

  • Rotary nozzles can be combined with Simco-ION ionizers to eliminate static electricity and can also be supplemented with a suction head.
  • Rotary nozzles can be installed firmly above the material to be cleaned, but also on the robot, above the conveyor with products, etc.
  • Rotary nozzles can be connected side by side to create the required working width.
